OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY
We provide home and community-based assessments and individualized treatment programs, reactivation programs, cognitive rehabilitation and compensatory strategy training, work site assessments, return to work planning, Functional Capacity Evaluations and community integration.
CONCUSSION MANAGEMENT
Focusing on non-sport related concussions, we provide individualized treatment plans and education addressing common symptoms including sleep disruption, headaches, fatigue, double vision, difficulties with balance and dizziness, anxiety, irritability, memory and attention difficulties.
OUR VISION
We believe in holistic, community based rehabilitation for people with complex needs and those with traumatic brain injuries, enabling clients and families to identify and access supports and resources to allow them to mitigate their losses and achieve their optimal outcomes.
We adopt a collaborative, team approach in which our clients and their family members are active participants in the rehabilitation journey and in the development of client centered goals. We consider it a privilege to be given the opportunity to work alongside people whose lives have been altered as a result of traumatic injury in an effort to help them regain their previously enjoyed life roles and responsibilities.
Our goal is to make the lives of those who have been impacted by traumatic injury, as fulfilling as possible. By nurturing a trusting and respectful relationship, many positive outcomes can be achieved.
